Quirky hotel, particularly good and strategic location, we booked the double room and truly enjoyed it. Location: the venue was not far from a clock tower whose bell beat in 15 minutes, including all night...

I recently stayed at a charming hotel in a peaceful countryside village. The staff at this hotel was incredibly friendly, going above and beyond to ensure our arrival and stay were pleasant. Despite our late arrival, a staff member warmly welcomed us and guided us to our room. The next morning, she arranged a delicious breakfast with a smile. The hotel is beautifully maintained, with clean and well-equipped rooms. The village itself is picturesque, and the staff recommended a fantastic Biergarten nearby. Hotel & Restaurant Tanne provided a welcoming and enjoyable experience.
Totally recommend this hotel.

Beautiful surroundings, perfect for cycling and hiking. Free parking, which is great because who doesn't love searching for a parking spot?
Oh, the pleasure of an old, lumpy mattress. I didn't know sleeping in a curve was the latest trend.

Felt like a local in a charming village, tucked away from the hustle and bustle. the staff gave fantastic recommendations for dining nearby and the village itself was a delight to explore. the room was spotless and the bathroom had all the amenities we needed. Plus, the garden was a peaceful oasis to unwind after a day of sightseeing.
The room was a bit on the small side for three people, but it served its purpose for a short stay. the breakfast was a bit disappointing as some items were already finished by the time we arrived, and the TV was a bit tricky to figure out without any instructions.

For the price we paid, we definitely got great value for our money at Hotel Tanne in Fischingen. The room was spacious, comfortable, and recently refurbished, making our stay very enjoyable. The hotel is located in a quiet village, which was a nice change of pace. The host was incredibly accommodating and the restaurant served excellent food. We were pleasantly surprised by the overall quality of this hidden gem.
The breakfast could have been better with more variety of options.

Hotel & Restaurant Tanne provided a basic, affordable stay with a good night's sleep. The room was clean and had a HD TV for my kids. We were even greeted with chocolate and water upon arrival. The village was quiet and the location just off the highway was convenient. We received helpful advice from the staff to dine at the nearby Fünf Schilling Biergarten, which turned out to be a great experience. I would recommend this hotel for a short stay.
